Circle drills 3 drills for speed and agility

The circle drill has 3 different variations. This is a very effective routine to add to your speed and agility training program, it doesn’t matter which sport. A softball or baseball player sprinting around the bases. A point guard coming off of a screen in basketball. Field hockey athletes chasing down the ball. Rugby, cricket, hockey, volleyball, tennis, football… It doesn’t matter which sports – These drills are great to add to your training program. Youth athletes can also benefit from the circle drills – they are good for all ages. If you are a more advanced athlete, add a medicine ball to your first reps with some drops, but always finish without so you can go full speed.
