The 40 yard dash can be boiled down to categories.

The overviews is three parts

  • The Start
  • The Sprint
  • The Finish

We focus a lot on the 40 start since so much can be corrected quickly here.

To do this, we look at three things.

  • Hips up
  • Head down
  • Hand back

There are two hands, so we will break those down individually.

This technique has been coupled with a 4 week training program to help you prepare to run the fastest  you have ever run.
