In this weekly training, you will work on proper sprint technique and physical development.
Typical training themes (vary by day):
— 0-10: First step accleration from start to 10 yards.
— Change of Direction: The ability to stop and start with a series of cone drills and explosive movements.
— 0-30: Top end speed training. Proper technique and increased turnover will help with breakaway speed.
— Combos: Combine all of the above for sport or positions specific training.
Drop in speed is $20.
Season Pass is $350 and grants access to all 26 spring sessions and is a savings of 33% (Valued at $520).
