Football In-Season Weight Training
Eight weeks In-Season football training program. Workout loads and intensity are adjusted for starters and bench players, including the day before games, s well as, day after. The coach can then decide which players do which lift. Olympic lifts should be done with lighter loads to maintain good bar speed.
The days count with the week 1=Monday, 2=Tuesday, etc.
As the season progress beyond 8 weeks, begins to repeat at week 6.
