In-Season Speed Training

Speed training in season is designed to keep the athletes “in touch” with attributes of running fast. It is recommended that the program be used at the beginning of practice. Consider it an extended warmup as the programs prepare the players to run fast. In the event that time is an issue, the coach should pick his favorite elements to execute. Better to have too much than not enough. Weights will automatically be added to your dashboard with this playbook.
