One of several speed ladders
Set Up: 4 cones - one at the start and one at 40, 60, and 80 yards
Start: From a standing position, facing the direction you will run.
Execution: Sprint at 95% effort to the first cone, walk back, sprint to the second cone, and so forth.
Guidelines: If there is more than one set, a 2 minute break between sets is allowed. Walk back to the start, get set, and go.
