Set Up: Any space that will allow the athletes to run laps — indoors or outdoors. Size does not matter.


Pattern: Run in one direction in laps.


Decription: The athletes run at a steady pace for six minutes. On command, they walk for one minute and, again on command, run for 2 minutes.
