Med Ball Slams 1-2-3

Position: Standing with three different weight medicine balls.


Movement: Using three different weight medicine balls, close in weight (eg. 6,8,10 lb). Execute the same throw going from light to heavy, one time each for five rounds, 6-8-10 x 5.


Coaching Points: 1) Speed of throw is important, not the speed between throws. Good form, always.


Variation: Next workout throw in the opposite direction, (i.e., weights, 10-8-6) so that the last throw is with the lightest ball.
