Setup: 5-7 yards of floor space. Standing, mini band around the leg, mid-shin.
Position: Stay on your toes and move sideways with plenty of room.
Movement: Execute the carioca pattern moving the active foot wide and around the opposite leg to the front, then wide and to the back on the second step.
Coaching Points: Swinging the leg wide and around is for this drill only, as compared to the step pattern of the warmup carioca.
