Distance: 30 yards there and back.

No Arms: Continuing to work on proper stride technique, we build up the leg turnover independent of the arms. Running at 75-80% of your sprint speed, stay tall, avoiding bending forward or rocking back and forth. Focus on bringing your heels up and through, which will bring your knees up.
