Position: Stand, facing machine, back straight, feet flat on the floor, head neutral/still. Grip always with fingers and thumb around the handle.
Breathing: Exhale when you exert at the start of the exercise and inhale when returning to start position.
Start/Movement/Finish: Arms bent less than 90 degrees, elbows pinned to the side. Push down to a straight arm position. The elbows may move slightly forward to follow the hands. At full extension, the hands will be a couple of inches away from the legs. Bend elbows to return to the original position with elbows pinned to the side. Multiple handles may be used with varied grips.
