Equipment: 7 cones
Set Up: On one side of the field set up 4 cones: 1 at the goal line, the 20-yard line, 40-yard line and opposite 40 (20 yards apart). On the other sideline, set up 3 cones: at the 10-yard line, the 30-yard line, and the 50-yard line. Each row has the cones 20 yards apart, but the rows are offset ten yards for the zigzag pattern.
Pattern: Start at the goal line (row of 4 cones) and sprint across to the cone at the 10-yard line. Run around each cone for a zigzag pattern. This will total 378 yards of running.
The rest interval is the same time it took to run it.
