Setup: 4 feet between each hurdle
Description: Sprint full speed through the hurdles with one foot over each hurdle.
Challenge: This spacing differs from the 3-foot spacing by allowing you to accelerate faster and gain more speed. Running fast makes the hurdles feel closer together as you get close to the end of the hurdles.
Goal: Focus on heel recovery and light touches on the ground. This will help your quick turnover and ability to clear all hurdles. Do not slow down to make the steps, train yourself to get the foot down quickly.
