Walking Quad

Distance: 10 yards. Once you've gone ten yards, return doing the same exact thing.


Walking Quad: The walking quad is focusing on stretching the quadriceps muscle, which is the large muscle group on the front side of your thigh, crucial to every athlete’s explosiveness.  While walking forward, you are going to grab your foot and pull straight back with you knee facing down toward the ground. Pull your foot back tight toward your glute to really feel the stretch in your quad. Do this for ten yards, alternating legs, every step. Turn around and repeat.
