Setup: Place 3 cones in a row, 5 yards from the starting line, then layout 3 cones starting 1 yard from the first row, then staggering the remaining 2, each a half yard farther than the previous one. All cones should have about a foot between them.
Movement: Athlete shuffles to the first cone, picks it up, shuffles back to the starting line changing hands in motion, and drops the cone at the starting line. Repeats the movement until the first 3 cones have been picked up. The second 3 cones are picked up by running to the cone, picking it up, keeping it in the same hand, running to the start, and dropping it, always turning in the same direction. It's like running on a short track. All 3 cones are picked up with the same hand, dropped, and the athlete turns the same way each time.
