Kickback - DB - Girls

Position: Same hand and knee on a flat bench, long ways, back straight,head neutral/still (looking down). Grip always with fingers and thumb around the handle.


Breathing: Exhale when you exert at the start of the exercise and inhale when returning to start position.


Start/Movement/Finish: Hold dumbbell so that palm is always facing the body. Elbow bent to less than 90 degrees, arm up with your elbow just above the back. Straighten the arm keeping the elbow “uphill” above the back. Return to less than a 90-degree angle without letting the elbow going down.
