Med Ball Crunch-Throw

Setup: Floor space, med ball, partner.


Position: Begin by laying down on the floor with knees bent, feet apart, and holding med ball with both hands at chest level. Partner is 3-4 yards away.


Execution: The individual with the ball begins to situp and when the torso is almost perpendicular to the floor, throw the ball to your partner who will immediately toss the ball back. Catch it on the way down. Do not throw the ball early as it will remove the resistance for your core.
