Steup: Floor space, medicine ball or multiple weights.
Position: Standing, holding the medicine ball with two hands.
Movment: Raise the ball over head, bringing it rapidly down and slaming it into the floor, 3-4 in front of you. Grab it on the rebound, raising it and quickly repeating. Different emphasis may be used, such as arm dominate or more legs, squatting down on the descent of the ball.
