Setup: Space to stnd and extend the arms with a medicine ball.
Position: Stand, holding a medium to heavy weight medicine ball with both hands, chest high.
Movement: You are going to press the med. ball by moving it back and forth away from from your chest like a passing motion, but the ball never leaves your hands and quickly pull it back to your chest. Repeat each reps.with speed.
