DeepSnap 40 yard dash challenge




The challenge is simple. How fast can you fun in 4 weeks. 

We are using the 40-yard dash as our event to measure.

Here are the guidelines:

- Ease into it and check with a doctor if you need to, we don't want any injuries.

- Have someone time your 40. It's best if the same person times you both at the beginning and the end of the challenge with the same watch.

-  No excuses. I didn't have access to a full gym or all the gear I needed. Use what you can to get the work in.

- Use the hashtag #40yardchallenge and tag @deepsnap and @coachbobking 


You can get your results with one of two approaches.

1. You can time with the technique you know and then see what both proper technique and training can do.

2. You can watch Coach King break. down the 40-start at the beginning and see what training alone can do.
