Speed Daily #3 - Stress In Youth

King Sports

Published about 1 year Ago

We say it all the time, "stress is cumulative".

There seems to be more cumulative stress going into this year. So the question is, "how does it affect us?".

Without getting too deep into science (we are just coaches).
Coach King and I talked about how stress can play a role in youth development and what coaches and parents can be thinking of when managing stressed athletes.

Are you finding yourself under more stress lately?
Let us hear about it as we try to collectively solve for challenges we are dealing with.

Hope you enjoy the episode, and as always, let me know if you need help finding the right training program.
