Last week we discussed how stress can affect youth athletes.
We continued that thought and jumped into stress and weight lifting.
There are a couple of ways you can look at this.
1. There are physiological effects to the body.
2. There are simple lifestyle tweaks or habits that either contribute to or deter from getting to the gym at all.
Some solutions can be very simple in nature to help a busy person have fewer hurdles in the way to either exercise or eat healthier.
Stress is a killer, and while we don't have all the answers, we at least need to minimize it in any way we can.
